Disciples Women

Disciples Women met on Thursday, August 18th. We shared a delicious lunch. We were glad Trudy joined us for lunch and she offered a prayer for our food. Esther Tanner gave our devotion on various stories from the Bible. We appreciate both Esther and Mary Fry for doing our devotions. On Sunday, August 28th we will provide a lunch after our service. Rev. Michelle Scott-Huffman will be our speaker that day. On Tuesday, September 27th at 10:00am we will package food items for the Salvation Army Food 4 Kids program. Nancy Scott is challenging us to save coins and we voted to save this money to purchase a storage cabinet for the Gathering Room. Our next meeting is Thursday September 15th at 12:00 noon.
